Did something reach you or your site through Veil that should not have? Tell us at privacy@efm.onl.

What to include

• The address (domain) that was attacked or misused, and what happened.
• The date and time with time zone. Sites reached through Veil see a shared VPN address, so the time is how we find the right connection.
• Logs or screenshots if you have them.

What we do

• We read every report. We can see which account opened a host at a given time (connection log, kept 30 days) and block that account.
• If a site should not be reachable through Veil at all (phishing, malware, illegal content), we add it to our blocklist, usually the same day. Subdomains are blocked with it.
• We do not hand out account data without a legal basis. Authorities: write to the same address.

If a site you run is blocked by mistake

Write to the same address with the domain name and we will look at it.
